Tour Itinerary

Day 1 – Departure to Anuradhapura
Our representative would pick you up from your location in Colombo and then you would be proceeding to Anuradhapura. In this scenic 5 to 6 hours journey, you can see the countryside of Sri Lanka. En route there will be a lunch stop as per your need and time (LUNCH AT AN ADDITIONAL COST). After reaching Anuradhapura, we would take you for city tour. Anuradhapura is a great monastic city of ancient world. From 5th Century BC till 1th Century AD it was capital of the Kingdom of Sri Lanka. Today Anuradhapura, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is replete with renovated monuments, restored edifices, preserved ruins and historical sites. Visit to the following tourist attraction are included in this tour: the Ruwanweliseya, Thuparama, Abhayagiri Monastery, Samadgi Buddha Statue, Kuttam Pokuna Jethwanaramaya Dagaba and Sri Maha Bodhiya. Overnight stay at Anuradhapura. 

Day 2 – Day at Leisure / Anuradhapura-Colombo
This day is at leisure. You can roam around the town. Later we will drop you back to your location in Colombo. (Breakfast)
